We, Trading Republic Limited, have applied to applied to Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence at Darlington Market, Horse Market, DARLINGTON DL1 5PN for the provision of:
Sale of Alcohol both On & Off the Premises, Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, & Performance of Dance from 09:00 to 00:00hrs Daily. Boxing & Wrestling from 19:00 to 23:00hrs Daily.
Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing by 14th July 2021 to The Licensing Officer, Darlington Borough Council, The Town Hall, Feethams, DARLINGTON, DL1 5QT where the application may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday. It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
