1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the above-mentioned Orders on 21 June 2021 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce or amend in certain locations the following parking and waiting changes

(a) no waiting at any time double yellow line restrictions

o Beverley Road and Ruskin Drive
o Ebbisham Road and Ruskin Drive
o Brecon Close and Cotswold Way
o Hambleton Close and Cotswold Way
o Quantock Drive and Cotswold Way

o extend on both sides of Huntingdon Gardens along 83 Cheam Common Road
o Boscombe Road outside No 28 and 28a
o Inverness Road opposite No 14, and opposite No.  6
o Cotswold Way outside Nos. 30 and 32 and 100 and 102
o Lindsay Road at the entrance to Crystal Place
o Shrubland Grove outside No. 26 and opposite Nos. 13 to 15
o Ruskin Drive outside Nos. 85 and 87
o Woodbine Lane outside garages adjacent to No. 21 and outside No. 10

(b) motorcycle only parking bay on the north east side of Central Road outside No 28

o no waiting at any time double yellow line restrictions in Inverness Road outside No 10
o no waiting (single yellow line) restrictions operating Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6.30pm on the north east side of Glyn Road outside No 8 to Glyn Court
o no waiting (single yellow line) restrictions operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 9.30am and 2.30pm and 3.30pm
? on the north side of Dorchester Road between No 25 and No 99
? on the west side of Dorchester Road between No 9 to 21

(c) amend the map-based tiles to the schedule attached to The Sutton (Charged for Parking Places) Order 2017 and to The Sutton (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2017 to match conditions as they exist on site.

3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 26 July 2021 and of the Orders that will be revoked or amended by these Orders, the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Orders may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA between 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
