THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (MAJOR EVENTS, HAMPTON COURT PALACE) (PRESCRIBED ROUTES AND WAITING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2011 Hampton Court Garden Festival 2021

1. Notice is hereby given that owing to a major event taking place at Hampton Court Palace, namely the Hampton Court Garden Festival, the provisions of The London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames (Major Events, Hampton Court Palace) (Prescribed Routes and Waiting and Stopping Restrictions) Order 2011 (Ref. 2011/23) shall be in effect.

2. The measures which are continued in force by the aforementioned Order are certain banned turns into and out of temporary car parks along Hampton Court Road and "no stopping" and "no waiting" restrictions along Hampton Court Road from Kingston Bridge to Church Road, Hampton.

3. The restrictions provided by this order will be enforced during the Hampton Court Garden Festival 2021, which will be held between 5 July and 11 July, both dates being inclusive.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restricitons Carlisle Road, Hampton
(Reference 21/099)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate building works they intend to make temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Carlisle Road, Hampton.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Carlisle Road, outside No. 20 Carlisle Road, from a point opposite the eastern kerb-line of Scoots Drive, eastwards for a distance of 6.5 metres.

3. The order will come into effect on 5 July 2021. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 5 July 2021 until 30 September 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Parking Suspension Defoe Avenue, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Defoe Avenue, Kew.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Defoe Avenue. The restrictions will operate on a rolling basis.

3. The order will come into effect on 19 July 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 19 July 2021 until 30 August 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Fortescue Avenue, Twickenham

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Fortescue Avenue from a point outside No,10 Fortescue Avenue to its north-western extremity.

3. The order will come into effect on 28 June 2021. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 28 June 2021 until 1 July 2021. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Access will be maintained where practicable.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Park House Gardens, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos 41 and 43 Park House Gardens to its north-eastern extremity.

3. The order will come into effect on 28 June 2021. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 28 June 2021 until 2 July 2021, The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Access will be maintained where practicable.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate development works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Quadrant Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Quadrant Road on its western side in the 2 parking bays opposite No. 11 Quadrant Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 5 July 2021. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 5 July 2021 until 6 May 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Retreat Road, from a point outside Baden House to its south-eastern extremity.

3. The order will come into effect on 28 June 2021. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 28 June 2021 until 2 July 2021, The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Riverdale Gardens, Twickenham

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Riverdale Gardens, Twickenham between a point outside No. 29 Riverdale Gardens and its north-eastern extremity.

3. The order will come into effect on 25 June 2021. The restrictions will remain in force between 08.00 and 1800 on 25 June 2021, and at the same times on a back-up date of 2 July 2021, if required. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleansing works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in St Vincent Road, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in St Vincent Road between its junction with Nelson Road and a point outside No. 23 St Vincent Road..

3. The order will come into effect on 28 June 2021. The restrictions will remain in force between 9.30am and 3.30pm on 28 June 2021 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Water Lane, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Water Lane, from a point outside the common boundary of Nos 14a and 16 to a point outside the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Water Lane.

3. The order will come into effect on 28 June 2021. The restrictions will remain in force at all times from 28 June 2021 until 2 July 2021,The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles will be available via Friars Lane, The Green, Portland Terrace, Duke Street, The Square, Eton Street, Paradise Road and Red Lion Street.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
