Notice is hereby given that on 10 June 2021, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Edinburgh and Lothians at Edinburgh by Mr Steven Gray craving the Court, inter alia that Tasty Trading Limited (Company Number SC616923) and having its registered office at 13 Silverknowes Hill, Edinburgh, EH4 5HE, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime Steven Wright and Annette Menzies, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU, be appointed as joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company; by Interlocutor dated 10 June 2021 the Sheriff at Edinburgh ordered the following: "The sheriff, having considered the foregoing petition, in respect of Tasty Trading Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company No SC616923) and having a registered office at 13 Silverknowes Hill, Edinburgh, EH4 5HE; Appoints a copy thereof and of this deliverance to be intimated on the SCTS website, in lieu of the walls of the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh and a like copy to be served upon the said Tasty Trading Limited, 13 Silverknowes Hill, Edinburgh, EH4 5HE and Elaine Gray, 13 Silverknowes Hill, Edinburgh, EH4 5HE; further, Appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the The Herald newspaper; Ordains the said Tasty Trading Limited, 13 Silverknowes Hill, Edinburgh, EH4 5HE and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; meantime, being satisfied that the share capital of does not exceed £120,000 sterling, Nominates and Appoints Steven Wright and Annette Menzies, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Limited, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU to be joint provisional liquidators of the said company and Authorises them to exercise the powers contained in parts II and III of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a period of 6 months from the date hereof (unless otherwise extended) or until the appointment of interim liquidator(s), whichever shall first occur."
