Notice is given that McCarthy & Stone Limited has applied to The London Borough of Merton for a new Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 For Liberty House (Retirement Living), 246, Kingston Road, Raynes Park, London SW20 8DA. The proposed licensable activities are: The sale, by retail, of Alcohol on the premises only for homeowners and their invited guests; Monday to Sunday 11:00hrs to 23:00hrs and New Year's Eve 11:00hrs to 01:00hrs.
