To Whom It May Concern I Gwynne Thomas hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence at, Unit 2, Ty Mawr Enterprise Park, Tan Y Graig Rd, Colwyn Bay LL29 8UE, known as Conwy Brewery . The application is to: - Submit New Plans. A new room has been built inside the building adjoining the bar for pub customers. Remove the condition limiting attendees to brewery tours / private parties. Allow serving alcohol to 1am on Fridays & Saturdays. The total allowed numbers inside the premises will increase from 40 to 100 & outside the premises the total is 150. Live & Recorded Music indoors Monday to Sunday 09.00 23.00 Supply of Alcohol off/on the premises Sunday to Thursday - 09.00 23.00 Friday & Saturday 09.00 01.00 Opening Hours Sunday to Thursday - 09.00 23.00 Friday & Saturday 09.00 01.00 Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, CONWY, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours.
