Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Wigan Council Application for a New Premises Licence has been made by Pennington Football Club, Jubilee Park, Leigh Road Atherton, Manchester M46 0SE for the premises know as Pennington Football Club Jubilee Park, Leigh Road Atherton, Manchester M46 0SE. The application seeks to Sale of Alcohol On the premises: Monday - Friday 18:00 - 22:30 Saturday 12:00 - 23:00, Sunday 12.00 - 21:30 The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council's website www.wigan.gov.uk Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 5th July 2021. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
