DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL PARKGATE FOOTWAY, DARLINGTON (FOOTWAY CLOSURE), ORDER 2016
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
PARKGATE FOOTWAY From the east side of Tannery Yard junction
(north side) eastwards to the west side of Borough Road junction |

BOROUGH ROAD FOOTWAY From its junction with Parkgate northwards for (west side) 75metres

TANNERY YARD FOOTWAY From its junction with Parkgate northwards for (east side) 35metres

The Order is necessary to allow works to the adjacent building. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 13^th June 2016. Dated: 25th May 2016 I Williams
