I, Glen Duckett, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council tor a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Eagle & Child, 3 Whalley Road, Shuttleworth, Ramsbottom BLO ODE, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans that accompany the premises licence in order to permit sales of alcohol in external areas and also to remove outdated/redundant conditions and to add a condition to the premises licence. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
