Notice is given that: Trafalgar Tavern Lease Limited has applied for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the following premises: Trafalgar Tavern, Park Row, London SE10 9NW
A record of this application may be inspected by appointment.
Other persons may make representations to the Council on this application by no later than Thursday 24th June 2021.
Representations can be made in writing, by email or fax using the contact details above. Representations can only be made on the grounds of one of the four licensing objectives, namely: the Protection of children from harm; the Prevention of Public nuisance; the Prevention of crime and disorder; and Public safety.
Any person who makes a false statement in connection with an application is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine. 02:00 hours the following day; Fridays and Saturdays from 08:00 hours until 03:00 hours the following day; Sundays from 08:00 hours until 01:00 hours the following day. Supply of Alcohol (for consumption both On and Off the premises) Monday to Thursday from 10:00 hours until
01:30 hours the following day; Friday and Saturday from 10:00 hours until 02:30 hours the following day; Sunday from 12:00 hours until 00:30 hours the following day. Provision of Late-Niaht Refreshment (both Indoors and Outdoors) Monday to Thursday from 23:00 hours until
02:00 hours the following day; Friday and Saturday from 23:00 hours until 03:00 hours the following day; Sunday from 23:00 hours until 01:00 hours the following day.
