NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A
PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mr Vincent Kelly has applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Consett & District Golf Club Limited, Elmfield Road, Consett,Co Durham DH8 5NN for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Films/Live Music/Recorded Music/Supply of Alcohol Monday to Saturday 11am until 01am inclusive (closing at 01.30am) and Sunday 11am until midnight (closing at 00.30am) – indoors only. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
