THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that We, Eleven Arches have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as FLATTS FARM, TORONTO, BISHOP AUCKLAND, COUNTY DURHAM DL14 7SF For a Variation of Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: To extend the current hours for the sale of alcohol (on sales only) to 12.00 - 23.00 Saturdays and Sundays. To remove off sales of alcohol from the licence (on sales to remain) To add Monday Bank holiday in August 12.00 18.00 To extend the current hours on Saturdays and Sundays to:12.00 - 23.00 for Regulated Entertainment which includes plays, films, live music, recorded music performance of dance & anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance. All activities are indoors and outdoors. To add Monday Bank holiday in August 12.00 18.00 for all the above activities. To extend the premises current opening hours to 11.00 00.00 on Saturdays and Sundays & 16.00 00.00 on Fridays. To add Bank holiday Monday in August 11.00 19.00 To remove conditions under the current operating schedule relating to: 1. the requirement to notify residents 8 weeks prior to events 2. restricting the licensable area for regulated entertainment and sale of alcohol Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing and received by 15th July 2021. Under the current circumstances these can be emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
