Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 I/We (1) Clive Wilson give notice that I/we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for (2) the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of (3) Harbour Lights, Mill Road, Coverack TR12 6TE The application is to :Supply alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 11.00am and 7.00pm daily A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to (5) Cornwall Council Licensing Team, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than (6)13th July 2021 NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
