THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Saroginidevi Parameswaran, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Shotton Mini Market, 8 Friar Street, Shotton Colliery, DH6 2PA for a Variation of Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol (consumption off the premises) Monday to Saturday 08:00 23:00, Sunday 09:00 22:00 Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing and received by 1st July 2021 Under the current circumstances these can be emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
