TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH ELSTREE & BOREHAMWOOD 48
NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has extended, with consent of the Secretary of State, the Order which was made under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. To prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Elstree & Borehamwood 48, from Warenford Way to Gateshead Road, for an approximate distance of 110 metres. Alternative route: via Warenford Way, Brook Road and Gateshead Road. The purpose of the Order is to enable demolition works to take place. The section of Footpath will continue to be closed for up to 6 months until 21st December 2021 or completion of the works whichever is sooner.

[TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD, RICKMANSWORTH, SOUTH OXHEY AND KINGS LANGLEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Bowmans Green, Watford from its junction with Fairfolds north westwards, south westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 160m.
An alternative route will be via Bowmans Green, Kingfisher Way, York Way, Phillipers and Bowmans Green.
2. that length of Cherry Tree Road, Watford from its junction with Foxhill north eastwards to its junction with Berry Avenue, a distance of approximately 240m.
An alternative route will be via Cherry Tree Road, Beechwood Rise, Hazel Tree Road, Leggatts Wood Avenue, Ash Tree Road and Berry Avenue.
3. that length of Forest Road, Watford from its junction with Haines Way north westwards, westwards and southwards for a distance of approximately 313m.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
4. that length of Money Hill Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with West Way south eastwards for a distance of approximately 75m.
An alternative route will be via West Way, Field Way, Mount View and Money Hill Road.
5. that length of Puttenham Close, South Oxhey from its junction with Ralston Way south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
6. that length of Ralston Way, South Oxhey from its junction with Hayling Road south eastwards to its junction with Birkdale Gardens, a distance of approximately 111m.
An alternative route will be via Hayling Road, B4542 Prestwick Road and Birkdale Gardens.
7. that length of Stud Green, Watford from its junction with The Brow north westwards and clockwise for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
8. that length of The Avenue, Watford from its junction with Stratford Road south eastwards to its junction with Alexandra Road, a distance of approximately 240m.
An alternative route will be via Stratford Road, Langley Road and Alexandra Road.
9. that length of Stratford Road, Watford from a point in line with the northern boundary of No.53 Stratford Road south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
10. that length of The Byeway, Rickmansworth from its junction with Batchworth Hill south westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
11. that length of Toms Lane, Kings Langley from its junction with High Street south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Primrose Hill, a distance of approximately 2355 m.
An alternative route will be via High Street, Bedmond Road, Tibbs Hill Road, Langley Lane, Aerodrome Way, Ashfields, High Road, A41 (North Western Avenue/Hempstead Road/Watford Road), A4251 Watford Road, Home Park Mill Link and Station Road or via Station Road, Home Park Mill Link A4251 Watford Road,A41 (Watford Road/ Hempstead Road/North Western Avenue/Gadeside), Aerodrome Way, Langley Lane, Tibbs Hill Road, Bedmond Road and High Street. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF DAGGER LANE, ELSTREE) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Dagger Lane, Elstree from its junction with A41 Tylers Way north eastwards and north westwards for a distance of approximately 790m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via A41 Tylers Way, A411 (Elstree Road/Watford Road), Aldenham Road and Dagger Lane.
The Order is needed because water main diversion works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Hunton Bridge Hill, Hunton Bridge from its junction with Upper Highway south westwards to its junction with Hamilton Road, a distance of approximately 188m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via South Way, Langley Lane, Tibbs Hill Road, High Street, Gallows Hill Lane, Gallows Hill and Hamilton Road.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footpaths ("the Footpaths"):-
1. the footpath fronting Nos.49-69 Cromwell Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Theobald Street north eastwards to its junction with Cromwell Road, a distance of approximately 79m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Theobald Street, the footpath fronting Nos.71-83 Cromwell Road and the footway situated on the south side of Cromwell Road.
2. the footpath fronting Nos.2-14 Stannington Path, Borehamwood from its junction with Warenford Way north westwards to its junction with Gateshead Road, a distance of approximately 74m.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Warenford Way, the footpath fronting Nos.1-15 Stannington Path and the footway situated on the south side of Gateshead Road. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpaths. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 5 July 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footpaths.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GONVILLE AVENUE, CROXLEY GREEN) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1)
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of
Gonville Avenue, Croxley Green from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.4 Gonville
Avenue northwards for a distance of approximately 12m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Gonville Avenue, A412 Watford Road and Gonville Avenue.
The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed
on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 6 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON SYDNEY ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Sydney Road, Watford from its junction with Whippendell Road south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Hagden Lane a distance of approximately 445m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road and Hagden Lane. ADDITIONALLY the existing one way traffic system on Sydney Road, Watford will be temporarily suspended, to enable all vehicles to travel in both directions within this length of road, whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because storm and foul sewer connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 21 June 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN MOVEMENTS FROM A411 CHALK HILL INTO A4008 ALDENHAM ROAD, OXHEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from making a right turn manoeuvre from A411 Chalk Hill into A4008 Aldenham Road, Oxhey ("the Roads"), whilst works are in progress.
An alternative route will be via A411 (Chalk Hill/London Road/High Street/Sparrows Heme/ Elstree Road),A409 (Heathbourne Road/Magpie Hall Road),A4140 High Road, A411 (High Road/Sparrows Heme/High Street/London Road/Chalk Hill) and A4008 Aldenham Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 19 June 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTPATH SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF 'PINNACLE HOUSE', HOME PARK MILL) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated on the west side of 'Pinnacle House', Home Park Mill from its junction with Home Park south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Station Road, a distance of approximately 290m ("the Footpath").
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Home Park, the footway situated on the south side of Home Park Mill Lane and the footway situated on the west side of Station Road.
The Order is needed because electrical works are proposed to be executed near the Footpath. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 22 June 2021 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footpath.
