Bar Library Wines and Spirits Merchants Limited has applied to East Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Suite F14, 10 Whittle Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 7RU and propose to carry on the following activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises -Monday to Sunday 00:00hrs to 24:00hrs (internet sales only) Applications are available for public inspection at East Dorset District Council Offices, Allenview House, Hanham Road, Wimborne BH21 1AG or on 

Responsible Authorities as defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted before 08/07/2021 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale.
