Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To amend the following restrictions in the Salisbury Consolidation Order 2013 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. IF83 (Outer Zone) and IH84 (Zone H) dated 3 February 2014, 1181 (Outer Zone) dated 18 June 2018, 1184 (Zone A), IJ85 (Zone Q, IK85 (Zone Q, 1084 (Zone G) and IC83 (Zone H) dated 25 March 2019, IJ83 (Zone A) dated 31 July 2017,1184 (Zone Q and 1181 (Zone D) dated 11 February 2013 and replace them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. IF83 (Outer Zone), 1181 (Outer Zone), 1184 (Zone A), l|83 (Zone A), 1184 (Zone C), 1)85 (Zone Q, IK85 (Zone C), 1181 (Zone D), I084 (Zone G), IG83 (Zone H) and IH84 (Zone H) the effect of which will be as follows: a) To introduce No Waiting at any time on Finchley Road - west side - the complete length; Finchley Road - east side - i) from its junction with Wilton Road to a point 19 metres north of that junction ii) from a point 50 metres north of its junction with Wilton Road to its junction with Finchley Road (eastern and western spurs); Finchley Road - south side - from a point 12 metres west of its junction with Finchley Road (southern spur) to its eastern end; Longland - both sides - from a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 4 and 5 Longland to a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 6 and 6a Longland; Manor Farm Road - west side - from a point 20 metres north of its junction with Westbourne Close to a point 20 metres south of that junction; Radnor Road - east side - from its junction with Queensbury Road to a point 10 metres north of that junction; Radnor Road - west side - from its junction with Queensbury Road to a point 15 metres north of that junction; Queensbury Road - north side - from a point 12 metres west of its junction with Radnor Road to a point 10 metres east of that junction; Westbourne Close - north side - from its junction with Manor Farm Road to a point 10 metres west of that junction; Westbourne Close - south side - from its junction with Manor Farm Road to a point 13 metres west of that junction; b) To remove No Waiting at any time on Finchley Road - north side - from a point 12 metres west of its junction with Finchley Road (southern spur) to its western end; c) To remove Resident Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm Zone A Permit Holders Only and replace with No Waiting at any time on Endless Street - west side - i) from a point 10 metres south of a point in line with the northern boundary wall of No. 55 Endless Street to a point 17 metres south of that boundary wall ii) from a point 3 metres north of a point in line with the northern boundary wall of property No. 55 Endless Street to a point 7 metres north of that boundary wall; d) To remove Resident Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm Zone A Permit Holders Only and replace with Unrestricted on Park Street - north east side - from a point 5 metres north west of a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 68 and 70 Park Street to a point 9 metres in a north westerly direction; Douglas Haig Road - north west side - from a point 5 metres north east of a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 11 and 13 Douglas Haig Road to a point 10 metres north east of that boundary (for administrative purposes only - no changes to be made on the ground); j) To introduce Parking Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm 2 hours No return within 4 hours Except Permit Holders Zone H on Devonshire Road - south side - from a point 10 metres west of a point in line with the boundary between property Nos. 14 and 16 Devonshire Road to a point 17 metres west of that boundary; (k) The inclusion of the following under 'PART X Streets or Parts of Streets in Salisbury For the Purpose of the Issue of Permits (Subject to Eligibility)'; 'Zone C Burford Lane'. Order 2 - To introduce School keep clear entrance markings in the Parish of Laverstock and Ford with the restriction No Stopping at any time on entrance markings on Church Road - south east side - i) from a point 20 metres north east of its junction with the north eastern vehicular access to the St Josephs/St Edmunds and Wyvern College School Campus to a point 18 metres south west of that junction ii) from a point 20 metres north east of its junction with the south western vehicular access to the St josephs/St Edmunds and Wyvern College School Campus to a point 18 metres south west of that junction. NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Windsor Street, Salisbury; from its junction with Wilton Road to its junction with Windsor Road; B) Windsor Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Windsor Street for a distance of approximately 60 metres in a westerly direction to enable Sinewave to carry out cabling connection and associated works. Alternative route (a): via Windsor Road (unaffected length) - Fisherton Street - Wilton Road and vice versa. Alternative route (b): No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 12 July 2021 and the closures will be required for 24 hours as follows; a) Monday 19 July 2021 until Friday 23 July 2021; b) Monday 12 July 2021 until Friday 23 July 2021.
