Seyab Hussain applied to City of Metropolitan District Council on 22/04/2014 for a licence to use the premises at 41 Bracewell Ave, Allerton, Bradford, BD15 7TD, Bell A Pizza for the sale by retail of alcohol / provision of regulated entertainment / provision of late night refreshment, hours propose to operate 5pm til 1am Monday to Sunday.Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, 6th Floor North, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW by20/05/2014 Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 0900 - 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 - 1630 Friday.
