PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Barham Stores Limited have applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of Unit A, Great Western House, Great Western Road, Dorchester DT1 1RD for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 08:00-23:00 Monday to Saturday and 10:00-23:00 on Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629 . It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
