PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 To whom it may concern: I, Mehmet Nuri GilGil hereby gives notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority of South Lakeland District Council for a new Premises Licence at 5-7 New Street Ulverston LA12 7LP. The proposed licensable activity is the sale of late night refreshments, being the supply of hot food to the public between 11pm and 5am. Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ (www.southlakeland.gov.uk). Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 21 June 2021.
