NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of B5378 Cowley Hill, Borehamwood from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.101 Cowley Hill north westwards for a distance of approximately 67m ("the Road"), except for access.

An alternative route will be via B5378 (Cowley Hill/Shenley Road/Allum Lane), A5183 (Watling Street/Cobden Hill/Watling Street), B556 Harper Lane and 85378 (Shenleybury/Black Lion Hill/London Road/Woodhall Lane/Green Street/Cowley Hill).

The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 June 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Toms Lane, Kings Langley from its junction with Primrose Hill north eastwards for a distance of approximately 70m ("the Road").

An alternative route will be via Primrose Hill, Station Road, Home Park Mill Unk, A4251 Watford Road,A41 (Watford Road/Hempstead Road/North Western Avenue/Gadeside), Aerodrome Way, Langley Lane, Tibbs Hill Road, Bedmond Road, High Street and Toms Lane or via Toms Lane, High Street, Bedmond Road, Tibbs Hill Road, Langley Lane, Aerodrome Way, Ashfields, High Road, A41 (North Western Avenue/Hempstead Road/ Watford Road), A4251 Watford Road, Home Park Mill Link, Station Road and Primrose Hill.

The Order is needed because bridge inspection works are proposed to be executed near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 27 June 2021 for a period

of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect

at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bury Lane, Rickmansworth from its junction with Church Street south westwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road").

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are

being earned out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will

be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

The Order is needed because the replacement of an existing road sign is

proposed to be executed near the Road.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 1 July 2021 for a period of

up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at

the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Caroon Drive, Sarratt from its junction with George V Way south eastwards for its entire length ("the Road"), except for access.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

[TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTPATH FRONTING NOS.23-53 WARENFORD WAY AND THE FOOTPATH SITUATED TO THE REAR OF NOS.8-27 BIRCH WALK, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath fronting Nos.23-53 Warenford Way and the footpath situated to the rear of Nos.8-27 Birch Walk, Borehamwood from a point in line with the western boundary of No.23 Warenford Way north eastwards to its junction with Grave Road a distance of approximately 176m ("the length of Footpaths").

An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the north side of Warenford Way, the footpath fronting Nos.2-14 Stannington Path, the footway situated on the south side of Gateshead Road and the footway situated on the west side of Grove Road.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Footpaths.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Harthall Lane, Bulls Green from its junction with Bedmond Road south westwards to its junction with Abbots Langley Public Footpath No.014, a distance of approximately 463m ("the Road"), except for access.

An alternative route will be via Bedmond Road, Church Hill, High Street, Toms Lane, Primrose Hill and Harthall Lane or via Bedmond Road, Hyde Lane, Railway Terrace and Harthall Lane.

The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-

1. that length of Batchworth Lane, Northwood from its junction with Portland Heights south westwards to its junction with Sandy Lodge Way, a distance of approximately 975m.



An alternative route will be via Batchworth Lane, A4125 (Sandy Lane/ Watford Road), B469 Green Lane, A4125 (Church Road/High Street), A404 (Rickmansworth Road/London Road) and Batchworth Lane.

2. that length of Andross Avenue, Northwood from its junction with Batchworth Lane south eastwards and clockwise for its entire length. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being earned out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.



3. that length of Eastbury Road, Northwood from its junction with Batchworth Lane south eastwards and south westwards for a distance of approximately 380m.



An alternative route will be via Batchworth Lane, Davenham Avenue, Eastbury Avenue and Eastbury Road.

4. that length of St Marys Avenue, Northwood from its junction with Batchworth Lane south eastwards and north eastwards to its junction with Eastbury Road, a distance of approximately 397m.



An alternative route will be via Batchworth Lane and Eastbury Road.

5. that length of Valley Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with The Drive north westwards, south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with Berry Lane, a distance of approximately 1516m.



An alternative route will be via Valley Road, The Drive, A404 (Chorleywood Road/ Rickmansworth Road), Dog Kennel Lane and Berry Lane. The Order is needed because drainage survey works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 1 July 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads. NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A411 Hyde Road, Watford from Its westernmost junction with A411 Hempstead Road north eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 134m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via A411 Hempstead Road, A41 North Western Avenue, A412 St Albans Road and A411 Hempstead Road. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

1. that length of High Street, Rickmansworth from its junction with the A412 Park Road/The Quadrant roundabout south eastwards and south westwards to its junction with Church Street, a distance of approximately 70m.



An alternative route will be via A412 (Park Road/Rectory Road), A404 Riverside Drive and Church Street.

2. that length of Talbot Road, Rickmansworth from its junction with High Street south eastwards and south westwards for its entire length.



There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.

3. that length of Wharf Lane, Rickmansworth from its junction with Talbot Road south eastwards for its entire length.

4. that length of Berry Avenue, Watford from its junction with Ash Tree Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 341 m.



An alternative route will be via Ash Tree Road, Leggatts Wood Avenue and Cherry Tree Road.

The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

The Order has been made and shall come into force on 17 June 2021 for a period of up to 18 months.
