NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE Is hereby given that The Committee Of Flixton Cricket & Sports Club Applied on 27/05/2021 for a Grant of a Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Flixton Cricket & Sports Club, Lawrence Rd, Flixton, Manchester M41 8UU under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Sale of alcohol on the premises / provision of regulated entertainment / provision of facilities for regulated entertainment licensable activities: during the intended hours of 12 noon - 10pm Sunday 29th August 2021 ONLY Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION, TRAFFORD COUNCIL, TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD, STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH not later than 18 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the article was published. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensingtrafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
