Notice is hereby given that: We NORTH WEST CAPITAL LIMITED have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: Pan Asian Restaurant COSMO, 19 Bridge Street, York, YO1 6JD. I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 12.00 to 23.00, Sunday 12.00 to 23.00. Hours open to the Public being: Monday to Saturday 12.00 to 23.00, Sunday 12.00 to 22.30.
