NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Willow Rd, Prestwich - South side, from the east kerbline of Bury New

Rd for a distance of 28m in an easterly direction A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 11/06/21 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be requested by email (due to Covidl9 changes to standard procedures) by emailing traffic (a)burv.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Clark's Hill, Prestwich - northwest side from the south westerly kerbline of Rectory Ln for a distance of 23.5m in a south westerly direction AND southeast side from the south westerly kerbline of Rectory Ln for a distance of 5m in a south westerly direction

Rectory Lane, Prestwich - from a point 15m northwest of the north westerly kerbline of Clark's Hill to a point 15m southeast of the south easterly kerbline of Clark's Hill

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 11/06/21 apply to the High Court for that purpose. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (NURSERY ROAD, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along: -

Nursery Road junction Lime Grove, Prestwich - Temp Road Closure The closure is in place to enable replacement of manhole frame and cover in carriageway.

The alternative diversion route is via Bury Old Rd, Heys Rd, Poppythorn Ln,

Nursery Rd and vice versa. The proposed Order comes into operation on 11/06/21 and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works is 1 day). Dated 10/06/21
