Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that Mowgli Street Food Limited has applied in respect of a premises at 'Mowgli' Unit 60b Cheshire Oaks, Kinsey Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire CH65 9JJ for the grant of a premises licence under the Licencing Act (2003). The proposed licensable activities will be the retail sale of alcohol (07:00 until 00:30) and late-night refreshment (23:00 until 00:30 hours) for consumption on/off the premises. The hours the premises are open to the public will be from 07:00 hours until 01:00 hours the following day, every day of the week. However, New Year's Day opening & operation will be extended from 00:30 until 07:00 hours (standard recommencement of normal hours) every year. A copy of the application is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE. No later than the 30th June 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a fine of any amount.
