We, BIMS Edmonton Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Enfield for a Premises Licence at BIMS, 29 The Concourse, London, N9 OTY to; I. Permit the provision of late-night refreshment Sunday to Thursday from 23:00hrs until 00:00nrs and Friday to Saturday from 23:00hrs until 01:00hrs the following day. lAllow the premises to be open to members of the public Sunday to Thursday from I IrOOhrs until 00:00hrs and Friday to Saturday from I l:00hrs until OhOOhrs the following day. licensing@enfield.gov.ukto request a cow of the application within 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application mustgive notice by emailing
licensing@enfield.gov.uk
, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 2nd July 2021. Representations received by post will not be accepted during the Covid-19 emergency period. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to
a fine up to Level 5 on the standard
scale (unlimited), under Section 158 of
the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false
statement in or in connection with this
application.
