Notice is hereby given that Icarus Leisure Soho Limited has applied in respect of the Rum Kitchen Unit A Moore House 8-13 Black Lion Street Brighton BN1 1ND for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
The provision of recorded music Monday to Wednesday 1100 hours until 2330 hours, Thursday to Saturday 1100 hours until 0030 hours the following morning and Sunday 1100 hours until 2300 hours.
The provision of late night refreshment Monday to Wednesday 2300 hours until 2330 hours, Thursday to Saturday 2300 hours until 0030 hours the following morning and Sunday 2300 hours until 2300 hours.
The sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Wednesday 1100 hours until 2330 hours/Thursday to Saturday 1100 hours until 0030 hours the following morning and Sunday 1100 hours until 2300 hours.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Wednesday 1100 hours until 0000 hours, Thursday to Saturday 1100 hours until 0100 hours the following morning and Sunday 1100 hours until 2330 hours.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 24th June 2021, to the Brighton & Hove Council Licensing Authority at Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP where the register of licensingapplications can be inspected during office hours and/or at
