Application to vary a premises licence

has made an application for to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Proposed licensable activities are as follows:
Provision of plays, Monday to Saturday 19:00 - 23:00 hours. Provision of Films, Monday to Friday 19:00 - 00:00 hours. Saturday 10:00 - 14:00 and 19:00 - 00:00 hours. Sunday 19:00 - 23:00 hours.

Provision of Live Music, Monday to Saturday 23:00 - 00:00 hours. Provision of Recorded Music, Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 00:00 hours. Sunday 08:00 -23:00 hours.

Provision of Performance of Dance, Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 00:00 hours, Sunday 08:00 - 23:00 hours.

Provision of anything similar to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance, Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 00:00 hours. Sunday 08:00 - 23:00 hours.

To remove the limits on the number of events held per year, specific dates on which plays may be performed and restrictions specific to Sundays.

The application is open to representation from interested parties and responsible authorities between 12/05/14 and 01/06/14.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for this offence is £5,000.
