The County of Wiltshire (Salisbury) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Taxi Rank Clearways and On Street Parking) Consolidation Order 2013 (Amendment No.26) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Salisbury Consolidation Order 2013 by revoking Map Schedule Nos IK84 (Zone E) and IL84 (Zone E) dated 25/03/2019, IL83 (Zone E) dated 18/06/2018, IM83 (Zone F) dated 15/02/2016 and IM84 (Zone F) dated 11/02/2013 and replacing it by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos IK84 (Zone E), IL83 (Zone E), IL84 (Zone E), IM83 (Zone F) and IM84 (Zone F) the effect of which will be as follows: (a) To revoke No waiting at any time on the following lengths of road:
- east side - from a point 9 metres north of its junction with the access to Lacock House Car Park to a point 14 metres north of that junction;
- east side - from a point 44 metres north of its junction with the access to Lacock House Car Park to a point 50 metres north of that junction;
- west side - from a point 9 metres north of its junction with the access to Glastonbury House Car Park to a point 24 metres north of that junction, (b) To revoke No waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm on the following lengths of road:
- east side - from a point 11 metres north of a point in line with the centreline of the vehicular access to Chequers Court to a point 4 metres south of that centreline;
- west side - from a point 15 metres south of a point in line with the boundary between Nos. 84 and 86 Brown Street to a point 12 metres south of a point in line with the boundary between Nos. 100 and 102 Brown Street;
- north side - from a point 8 metres east of its junction with Carmelite Way (Southern Spur) to a point 15 metres west of that junction;
- south side - from a point 7 metres west of its junction with Carmelite Way (St. Osmund's School Access Road) to a point 40 metres west of that junction, (c) To revoke Loading only 8am-6pm on the east side of
- from a point 4 metres north of a point in line with the centreline of the vehicular access to Cross Keys Arcade (Queen Street) to a point 9 metres south of a point in line with that vehicular access, (d) To revoke Pay and Display Mon-Sat 8am-6pm and Sun 10am-4pm Max stay lhr on the following lengths of road:
- west side - from a point 24 metres south of a point in line with the boundary between No. 4 Brown Street and Cross Keys Arcade (Queen Street) to a point 36 metres south of that boundary;
- south side - from a point in line with the boundary between No. 2-4 Ivy Street (Mayor Ivie House) and No. 1 St. John's Street (White Hart Hotel) to a point 30 metres west of that boundary, (e) To revoke Parking Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.45pm-4pm 10 mins No return within 30mins and Mon-Fri 9.30am-2.45pm and Sat 9am-5pm 2 hours No return within 4 hours Except Permit Holders Zone F on the east side of

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE COUNTY OF WILTSHIRE (VARIOUS ROADS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF
TRAFFIC) ORDER No.2 2021 (Ref: TTRO 7229)
Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily, to all vehicles, the lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. The Order is required to enable carriageway surface dressing and associated maintenance works and will be operative from the 07 June 2021 for a maximum period of 18 months. Where a road is to be closed on two separate dates This is to allow sufficient time between the surface dressing and sealing and lining works. The closures will not be implemented for the whole of the period and are anticipated to be for one to two days duration only when traffic signs are in position and only for so long as is necessitated by the works. It is anticipated that advance signs will be deployed 2 weeks prior to the closure dates. Access will be maintained where possible although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. Closures 1-12 are anticipated to take place between 05 July 2021 -18 July 2021. Closures 13-16 are anticipated to take place between 19 July 2021 -01 August 2021. Closures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 are also anticipated to take place between 22 July2021 - 01 August 2021.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:
A) St Bartholomews Street, Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with Lower Street to its junction with Pigtrough Lane to enable Wessex Water to carry out repair cover and associated works. Alternative route: via Pigtrough Lane -C61 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 29 June 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:30 until 30 June 2021. This Order will come into operation on 02 July 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:30 until 09 July 2021. D) Orchard Road, Redlynch; from its junction with Appletree Road to its junction with Morgans Vale Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. Alternative route: via Morgans Vale Road - B3080 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 09 June 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 until 18 June 2021. E) A354 (Part), Salisbury, Britford and Coombe Bissett; from its junction with Andrews Way, Salisbury to its junction with Stratford Tony Road, Coombe Bissett to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, ironwork adjustment, road markings and associated maintenance. Alternative route: via A354 (unaffected length) - A338 - A31 - A350 - A354 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 09 June 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 12 June 2021. F) Homington Road (Part), Coombe Bissett and Britford; from its junction with C12 to its junction with Footpath 20, Britford to enable BT to carry out provide new pole and associated works. Alternative route: via Homington Road (unaffected length) - A354 - CI 2 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 09 June 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. G) Arundell Farm Lane (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with A30 for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a southerly direction to enable BT to carry out works to overhead structure and associated works. Alternative route: via Arundell Farm Lane (unaffected length) -CI 2 - A30 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 June 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 16 June 2021. H) Weaveland Road (Part) Tisbury; from its junction with High Street to its junction with The Quarry to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out Drainage investigation and associated works. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. This Order will come into operation on 10 June 2021 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 until 11 June 2021. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
