Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a premises licence Notice is hereby given that McCarthy & Stone have Applied to West Oxfordshire District Council to use the premises at Watson Place, Trinity Road, Chipping Norton, OX7 5AJ with the proposal to licence these premises for sell alcohol by retail 1200 to 2300 hours Monday to Sunday for consumption on the premises only. A summary of the application can be viewed on www.westoxon.gov.uk Representations must be made IN WRITING between 27th May and 23rd June Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder; public safety; prevention of public nuisance; and protection of children from harm.
