(Bridleway 233, Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Further to a notice: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 5 May 2021 and 26 May 2021.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close bridleway 233, in the Borough of Basildon, starting at Lower Dunton Road for a distance of approximately 55 metres, east to its junction with bridleway 237. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17 June 2021 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public whilst construction work is carried out. Then to reconfigure the bridleway access, following completion prior to re-opening to the public. Alternative route will be via bridleways 232,237,234 and 265.
The Order will come into effect on 17 June 2021 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Bells Hill Road, Fobbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bells Hill Road, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 395m northwest from its junction with Five Bells Slip Road from Southend Road Westbound for a distance of approximately 70m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC007OGEA70768994A- Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Bells Hill Road, Nether Mayne, Five Bells Roundabout North and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 10th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lower Road, Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 20m east of its junction with Clarendon Road for a distance of approximately 260m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th June 2021 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30001046685 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks, An alternative route is available via Greensward Lane, Spa Road, Main Road, Aldermans Hill, High Road, Hockley Road, Hambro Hill, Hullbridge Road, Lower Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10th June 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
