Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given by Miss Tracey Howard that on the 21st May 2021 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence.

The application is in respect of the premises Grounds/ building at Haverfordwest RFC, Pembroke Road, Merlins Bridge, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. SA61 1LY and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangements. The application relates to Sale and consumption of alcohol on and off the premises, provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshment.

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by Friday 18th June 2021 (28 days following the date of submission) clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
