Premises Licence Application

THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we, Wonderland Wedding Venues Ltd have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BRADBURY GLADE, THE GRAIN STORE, BRADBURY, SEDGEFIELD, COUNTY DURHAM TS21 2ES for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales) 11.30 - 23.30 hours. The provision of regulated entertainment: live and recorded music (indoors) 13.00 00.00 hours. All activities are for Monday to Sunday inclusive. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing and received by 11th June 2021. Under the current circumstances these can be emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
