Notice is hereby given that Charlotte Maggiore has applied to Hambleton District Council (on 18 May 2021) for the grant of a premises licence for Don't Miss a Date, (within) The Yorkshire Store, 45 High Street, Stokesley TS9 5AD to allow the sale by retail of alcohol (off sales - online) 0900-1800hrs Monday to Sunday. A record of this application is available for Inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton DL6 2UU where written representations must be received on or before 15 June 2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
