Mohammad seyed Ashrafi has applied to the Reading Borough Council for the variation of premises licence, in respect of the Jasmine Chinese takeaway, located at 92 Oxford Road Reading RG1 7U, which would authorise Sale and Supply of Alcohol, to be consumed off the premises between 6am to 11 pm Monday to Sunday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
