LICENSING ACT 2003 I, Joynul Al-Ameen have applied to Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence at Rose & Lime 24-26 Bondgate, Darlington DL3 7JJ for the provision of: The sale of alcohol between Mon-Sun 11.30 until 23.00 and playing recorded music between Mon - Sun 11.30 until 23.30. Any representations made, should be done by 16.6.21. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Manager, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the offices of Darlington Borough Council, Licensing, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT between hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm.
