B6168 NORTH ROAD, ANNFIELD PLAIN (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2021
The Council on 4/6/21 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 190m of B6168 North Rd, Catehgate between North Rd Garage and the Crown and Thistle Public House; and also up to 20m of back Victoria Tee / side Woodbine Cottage from its junction with North Rd, Annfleld Plain to enable carriageway reinstatement resurfacing works following recent gas main works to be undertaken. Alt route from the southern side of the closure from Station Rd westerly via West Rd onto A693 and westerly to the junction with A692 then north easterly and turning westerly on Flint Hill Bank to B6168 to the northern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence from 7am on 6/6/21 and are anticipated to be completed in 1 day. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
