NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 GWESPYR
Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Gwespyr Hill between its junctions with A548 Coast Road and Tanrallt Road, Gwespyr in the County of Flintshire.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate Telecommunications maintenance with associated works by MJ Quinn on behalf of BT Openreach.
The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
The Order comes into force on the 1st June 2021. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for one week, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. A B/FCC (TTRO) 039898.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER
SECTION 118 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 62 IN THE COMMUNITY OF NORTHOP) PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER 2021
The above Order made on the 18th May 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by:
1. Extinguishing that section of Public Footpath No. 62 in the Community of Northop in the County of Flintshire from a point at NGR 32070 36865 in a generally South-westerly direction for a total distance of approximately 167 meters to a point at NGR 32063 36850 as indicated by a bold continuous line between points A and B on the map contained in this Order.
2. Varying the relevant particulars contained in the statement accompanying the Definitive Map.
A copy of the confirmed order and the order map have been deposited at Mold Connects Centre, Mold Library, Earl Road, Mold, CH7 1AP and maybe inspected free of charge by appointment only during normal office hours. THE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 17 IN THE COMMUNITY OF HOPE) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2021
The above Order made on 18th May 2021, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert that section of Public Footpath No. 17 in the Community of Hope in the County of Flintshire from a point at NGR 32975 35976 in a generally Southerly direction for a total distance of approximately 125 metres to a point at NGR 32974 35965 as indicated by a bold continuous line between points A and B on the Order map to a line running from a point at NGR 32975 35976 in a generally Westerly direction to a point at NGR 32971 35973 then turning in a generally Southerly direction for a total distance of approximately 160 metres to a point at NGR 32974 35965 as indicated by a bold broken line between points A and B on the Order map.
A copy of the confirmed order and the order map have been deposited at Mold Connects Centre, Mold Library, Earl Road, Mold, CH7 1 AP and maybe inspected free of charge by appointment only during normal office hours. Flintshire County Council propose to make an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013, so as to introduce: -1. 'No Waiting At Any Time' restrictions-:
a. At various locations on both sides of Green Lane West, Deeside.
b. At the junction of Green Lane West with the B5441 Drome Road, Deeside
c. At various locations on both sides of B5441 Drome Road, Deeside
In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.
