NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE OF OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given that Durham County Council proposes to lease out:
¦ 651.5m2 or thereabouts of land at Carole Dunes Open Space Land, Quarrington Hill
By virtue of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the County Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to lease of Open Space and consider any objections to the proposed lease
