CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL
(ROSSMORE ROAD WEST, ELLESMERE PORT)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road:
- Rossmore Road West:
- (south side) - from a point 18 metres west of the centre point of its junction with Rossall Grove for a distance of 20.5 metres in a westerly direction, 
- (south side) - from a point 17 metres east of the centre point of its junction with Rossall Grove for a distance of 16.5 metres in an easterly direction.

All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by 18th June 2021 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Any representations relating to the Order should specify the title of the Order and may become available for public inspection.
