NOTICE is hereby given that I, Luke Rowarth, applied on 19 May 2021 for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: 12 Cheam Road, Timperley, Altrincham, WA15 6BQ under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: The sale of alcohol (online sales to customers off the premises), during the hours of Monday to Saturday 7am 11pm and Sunday 12pm 5pm.

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
