Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Northwich Rd. Stretton (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Northwich Rd from its jet. with Stockley Ln to the borough boundary with Cheshire West & Chester. The Order will be effective from 6th June 2021 for 1 day, when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative route will be via Glbb Hill, The Avenue, Warrington Rd, Marbury Rd, New Rd, Soot Hill, Runcorn Fid, Tarporley Rd & vice versa. The closure Is required to allow for British Telecom to carry out ducting works.

The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 39) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -
1.The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-

(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of: No Waiting at Any Time: Academy St (North East Side) - From Its jet. with Buttermarket St for a distance of 26.2m in a south easterly direction; Academy St (North East Side) -Between its jet. with Mersey St & a point 55m south east of Its jet. with Buttermarket St; Academy St (North East Side) - From its jet. with Buttermarket St for a distance of 10m In a south easterly direction.

(b) In the 35th Schedule by the deletion of: Waiting Limited to 1 Hour, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 6:30pm. No Return within 1 Hour: Academy St (North East Side) - Between a point 10m south east & a point 55m south east of its jet. with Buttermarket St.

(c) In the 71 st Schedule by the deletion of: No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: Academy St (North East Side)
- From Its jet. with Mersey St to a point 25m north west of its jet. with Academy Way.

(d) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of: No Waiting at Any Time: Academy St (North East Side) - From Its jet. with Buttermarket St for a distance of 11m in a south easterly direction; Academy St (North East Side) - From a point 36m south east of Its jet. with Buttermarket St to its jet. Mersey St.

(e) In the 65th Schedule by the addition of: -
Loading & Unloading Only Bays, Any Time

Part of road authorised to be used as a parking place for vehicles loading and unloading
All that part of the north east kerb line of Academy St which Is bounded on the north east by so much of that highway as extends from a point 11 m south east of its jet. with Buttermarket St for a distance of 25m in a south easterly direction & which has a minimum width of 2.7m.
Position in which vehicles may wait
Wholly within the limits of the loading bay and parallel to the kerb.

(f) In the 71 st Schedule by the addition of: No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: Academy St (North East Side)
- From its jet. with Buttermarket St for a distance of 11 m In a south easterly direction; Academy St (North East Side) - From a point 36m south east of Its jet. with Buttermarket St to Its jet. with Mersey St.
