Herefordshire Council NOTICE OF INTENTION
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: Zzoomm Fibre Ducting Works (21-148), Herefordshire, Temporary Parking Restriction Order 2021, to temporarily prohibit vehicles parking on the roads shown in schedule 1 of the Order.
The said restrictions are required due to fibre ducting works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said Order will come into force on the 14th June 2021 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed with the duration of each location shown in Schedule 1 of the Order.
