Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order:
U70006, Perrystone Hill, Old Gore, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U70006, Perrystone Hill, Old Gore, from the junction of Churchfields Road and Welsh Court Road to the junction of the B4224. Grid Ref: 363032/228771. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4224 onto Churchfields Road and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to pole testing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 25th of June 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
