Local Government Act 1972 S123 Grangewood Park
In accordance with the above Act, the London Borough of Croydon hereby gives notice that It intends to dispose of 226 sq m of open space, which comprises a strip of land between Heath Lodge and the West boundary of the park, and a strip of land to the South of Heath Lodge as shown in blue on the plan. This is pursuant to a proposal to dispose of Heath Lodge and the garden associated with the Lodge. Any objections or comments to the grant of the disposal should be made in writing or email by Friday 18 June 2021 to Stephen Wingrave, Head of Assets and Estates at estates.assets@croydon.gov.uk, or by post to London Borough of Croydon, 7th Floor, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA.
