(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PACKHORSE LANE, RIDGE) ORDER 2021
NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Packhorse Lane, Ridge from its junction with 3556 St Albans Road southwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 395m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via B556 St Albans Road, Rectory Lane, Harris Lane, Mimms Lane and Packhorse Lane. The Order is needed because tree cutting works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 28 May 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at trie times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

A copy of the proposed Orders may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9am and 5pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays).
