Notice is hereby given that I, KEVIN THOMAS OATES, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as: THE OTLEY TAP HOUSE, 66 BOROUGHGATE, OTLEY LS21 1AE. We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities: The sale / supply of alcohol, and the provision of late night refreshment. We propose to conduct the said licensable activities subject to the following terms: The sale / supply of alcohol from 11.00hrs to 23.30hrs Monday to Saturday and from 11.00hrs - 22.00hrs Sunday. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00hrs to 24.00hrs Monday to Saturday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale (£5000)
