Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.
Notice is hereby given by Malcolm Herbert, Core Of The Poodle Ltd, 26 Market Street, Haverfordwest, that on the 12th May 2021 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence.
The application is in respect of the premises and can be inspected between 10 am and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1 TP by prior arrangements. The application relates to the Sale and Consumption of alcohol on and off the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment.
Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest. SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 12th June 2021 (28 days following the date of submission) clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
