NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF LAND
1. The London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that it intends to dispose of land adjoining the Clubhouse, Sparrows Den Recreation Ground, Corkscrew Hill, West Wickham, BR4 9BB ("the land") by way of a lease.

3. This is a formal notice given insofar as the land consists of or forms part of an open space within the meaning of the above Section, being used for the purposes of public recreation.
4. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to Mark Bowen, Director of Corporate Services, London Borough of Bromley, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent, BR1 3UH, or sent by email to:
