Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made:
Application No. 26/21/00001: The Old Hospital, Redlands Lane, Edington, BridgwaterTA7 9JW. Proposed replacement of roof tiles. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 07/21/00004:113 Brent Street, Brent Knoll, Highbridge TA9 4EH. Erection of dwelling & attached garage to the rear, with the widening of entrance gates & pavement crossover. Also, the demolition of existing single garage & garage shed. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 37/21/00050: Somerset View Caravan Park, Taunton Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater TA6 6NW. Installation of a site managers mobile home. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
